Site and context

The land, comprising 14 hectares (35 acres), is situated at Boulters Lane, Wood End, Atherstone and is strategically located to the east of the settlement of Wood End, Warwickshire.

Proposals

Our proposals submitted in August 2020 was for a (revised) residential-led scheme with a policy compliant affordable provision on a subset of the land in ownership.

Current status

Our (revised) scheme was consented by planning committee and the planning permission issued by North Warwickshire Borough Council on 5 February 2021.
