The site comprises a former Brewery Block in the heart of the thriving Liberties area of Dublin.  The site is well located to Trinity College Dublin and all the city's amenities.

Current status

We were granted consent in December 2019 by An Bord Pleanala. The scheme, now known as Ardee Point, was acquired and developed by Round Hill Capital, who have operated the scheme under the Nido Student brand since 2021.
