Site and context
Unity Street is located in the Old Market area of Bristol which is undergoing significant improvement. This is a product of the site’s excellent location with close proximity to Cabot Circus, Temple Meads, and Temple Quay. The development site that Summix have pieced together is 0.69 acres.
The scheme is a mixed use development of 189 student rooms and 102 co-living units; 525 sqm of flexible ground co-working/employment floorspace (Class B1a/B1b), plus cycle storage and landscaping.
Planning consent was granted for our scheme in late 2019. Both Unity Street and and our similarly student-consented scheme, Frederick House, York, were sold to Brookfield-owned Student Roost on 4 November 2020.
