This currently occupied industrial estate development which borders the River Wey in Guildford city centre was acquired by Summix in 2017. A proposal for a mixed use development containing co-working office floorspace and over 500 bedrooms for academic residential use is due to be submitted for planning approval in April 2018.

The site enjoys riverside frontage and will provide a public link to the river from a major link road into the city along Walnut Tree Close, the proposed development has had to be sympathetic to existing flood defences and will provide a net increase in employment opportunities across the site compared to existing uses.

Summix have collaborated with the Vita Student brand to develop an operator focused asset that will offer some of the finest student centric accommodation on the market, as well as collaborative commercial space and fitness / leisure facilities.
