A planning application for a purpose built student accommodation scheme alongside a co-working space was submitted to Guildford Borough Council and subsequently withdrawn in 2019 as a consequence of an objection from the Environment Agency regarding flooding.

Current status
A strategic decision was made to focus on the asset management of the existing trading estate.
