Site and context

Maybury Quarter is a 15.5-acre site occupied by a former paper and cardboard manufacturing facility on the western edge of Edinburgh. It is bounded by the Edinburgh Gateway tram and rail station, enabling access to the airport and the city centre in only 10 minutes.

Proposals

Regenerate one of the last major pieces of brownfield land in the city into a brand-new sustainable residential-led development with a focus on placemaking, sustainability and connectivity.

Current status

We are currently in the pre-application discussions with Edinburgh City Council that will help facilitate our detailed plans for the project.
