Listed buildings and development site extending to 0.29 hectare (0.72 acres) situated on Middle Abbey Street just off O'Connell Street in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Adjacent to many third level institutions, excellent public transport and city centre amenities.

Proposals

Regeneration and adding to existing historic buildings formerly the HQ of Independent Newspapers by creating a new student housing community on this important city centre street. Proposal to animate and add to the streetscape with the addition of retail accommodation at ground floor level.

Current Status

Full design team appointed and scheme development underway leading to pre- application discussions with Dublin City Council and planning application for a student housing scheme in the coming months.
