Proposal
Seek planning permission for the residentially zoned section and the industrially zoned sections of the land. Promote the rezoning of the strategic reserve lands to residential and seek planning for residential on the remainder. Overall potential for 280 -200 residential units
Current Status
Planning application for residential land being prepared. Submissions were made to have the Strategic Reserve land zoned to residential. Proposal from Kildare County Council to zone the SR lands for Residential as part of Variation 3 of the Kildare county Development Plan. A master plan for the entire land is being prepared.
