Summix have acquired the freehold interest in 181 acres of land in Bishops Stortford, East Hertfordshire. Bishops Stortford is a key market town in the district and benefits from excellent transport links to London, Cambridge and Stansted Airport.

The site will be promoted for residential-led development in conjunction with our development partners Taylor Wimpey.
