Site and context

The site is 1 hectare (2.5 acres) in size and located on Fulford Road within a mile of the University of York campus.

Proposals

Our scheme comprises a purpose built student accommodation development of 365 units in a mix of studios clusters and townhouses.

Current status

Planning consent was granted for our scheme in early 2020. Both Frederick House and our similarly student-consented scheme, Unity Street, Bristol, were sold to Brookfield-owned Student Roost on 4 November 2020.
