Site and context
The site comprises 6 hectares (15.7 acres) of land south of the village of Earnley near Chichester and comprises a mix of brownfield land associated with the former Earnley Concourse adult education and open space ancillary to the Grade II listed Earnley Place.
Our scheme is for up to 30 residential dwellings.
A planning application was submitted and subsequently appealed on the grounds of non-determination. Following a hearing held on 29-30 March 2022, the appeal was allowed by the Inspectorate and planning permission issued on 30 May 2022.
