A 0.09 hectare (0.2 acre) acre site in the heart of New Cross in South East London, at 333-337 New Cross Road, SE14, opposite Goldsmith's University and less than 5 minutes walk from both New Cross and New Cross Gate overground stations.
The demolition of the existing properties to deliver a mixed use development comprising the construction of two blocks ranging from five to six storeys including Block A fronting New Cross Road forming four storeys (plus basement) and the rear Block B forming six storeys to create sixty-three 1 bed student accommodation rooms including the provision of 48 cycle spaces, communal courtyard (c140 sqm), two A1 retail spaces, and other associated works.
A planning application was submitted in March 2020 and planning permission granted on 3 December 2020.
