Site and context
The scheme is located along London Road, which leads directly into Edinburgh city centre one mile to the west and linked via regular direct bus routes. Holyrood Park, a former royal estate, is immediately to the south of the scheme and consists of 650 acres of highland parkscape. The scheme is located immediately adjacent to the Meadowbank Masterplan regeneration, which is due to be delivered in 2020 and will include a mix of uses including residential, student accommodation, hotel and commercial.
Our scheme comprises a 198 purpose built student accommodation scheme.
We were granted planning consent in June 2019 and the property subsequently sold to HG Developments and Q Investment Partners in September 2019.
