Site and context

The site comprises agricultural land situated in the green belt within Solihull Metropolitan Borough close to Tidbury Green located 7 miles south of central Birmingham with proximity to existing railway stations at Earlswood, Wythall and The Lakes; providing direct links to Birmingham.

Proposals

Following pre-application engagement, the proposals for the site include for up to 850 new dwellings, alongside a mixed-use local centre. The development also includes for over 25 hectares of new publicly accessible open spaces, flood alleviation infrastructure and traffic calming measures on local roads.

Current status

We are pleased to confirm the submission of an outline planning application to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council which is currently pending determination. Alongside this, we continue to actively engage in the preparation of Solihull's emerging Local Plan.
