The site is centrally located in the old town, just off the Royal Mile, the historic heart of Edinburgh and less than 10 minutes’ walk from Waverley rail station.

A scheme has been designed for a characterful office development of over 20,000 square feet, to meet the chronic under supply of available commercial space in this part of Edinburgh.

Planning consent was granted for our scheme in March 2020 and the scheme is currently being marketed for sale.
