Site and context

The site is located in the Old Town area in the city centre of Southampton and is bounded by Back of the Walls to the west and Canal Walk to the east. East Street is a short distance to the north. The site is a short walk from the Shopping Centre, which is to the north west. The main railway station is approximately one mile away.

Proposals

Our scheme comprised a 9 storey purpose built student accommodation including a semi-basement on the Canal Walk frontage.

Current status

Planning consent was granted for our scheme in 2014.
